Sit Means Sit dog training is offering a franchise opportunity in a stable and acclaimed industry. The initial fee is a reasonable $11,500. The pet industry is a multi-billion dollar arena that is demanding excellence at all levels. Sit Means Sit has positioned itself as a Revolutionary Dog Training Company within the pet industry. Sit Means Sit is seeking to educate and certify, qualified individuals to join our family. Our affiliate Sit Means Sit, Inc. already has licensees located across North America and places overseas and we’re now offering franchises in the U.S.

By submitting this application, you are applying for a franchise to operate a Sit Means Sit Branch. Please answer all of the following questions by checking the appropriate response and filling in the blanks. Please type or print. All information submitted to Sit Means Sit Franchise, Inc. will remain confidential and be used for the sole purpose of determining the applicant’s qualifications.

As it is with every type of franchise, there are certain regulations that we must follow in order to assure the well being of your best interests. These regulations require certain set grace periods between correspondence and we kindly ask for your understanding as we work through these necessary steps. APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS


A. Applicant represents that the information provided in and with this application is true, correct, complete and current as of the date of this application. Applicant agrees to notify Sit Means Sit promptly of any changes to the information contained in this application.


B. Sit Means Sit reserves the right to contact individuals or entities to confirm information provided in connection with this application and obtain additional information, which Sit Means Sit believes is necessary for the proper consideration of this application. The undersigned applicant authorize Sit Means Sit to review, make notes of, copy, request and obtain any civil, criminal, financial, credit and business records and information pertaining to the undersigned for the purposes described above. The undersigned waives, releases and forever discharges Sit Means Sit and its affiliates from any claim or other liability, of whatever nature or cause, arising from or out of or in any manner related to the review and copying of records and the confirming and obtaining of information described in this application. Applicant agrees to execute, at Sit Means Sit’s request, any bank, financial or credit institution authorizations permitting Sit Means Sit to obtain additional financial information from such institutions to corroborate information provided in this application.


C. If Sit Means Sit approves this application, Sit Means Sit will offer Applicant a license to operate a Sit Means Sit Branch at the proposed Trade Area by delivering its then-current form of standard franchise agreement, together with all standard ancillary documents that it then uses in granting franchises for the operation of a Sit Means Sit Branch in the state in which the proposed Trade Area is located.


D. Sit Means Sit reserves the right to approve or disapprove this application for any reason, and in the event that Sit Means Sit disproves this application, it shall have no liability to the undersigned. If this application is rejected, Applicant agrees that Sit Means Sit has granted no rights whatsoever to the Applicant with respect to the proposed Trade Area.


E. In making this application, Applicant has not relied upon any representations, inducements, promises, agreements or undertakings, or other representations, written expressed or implied made by Sit Means Sit or any person acting on its behalf, other than those set forth herein. Applicant acknowledges that it has not received or relied upon any information from Sit Means Sit or any of its representatives as to the potential volume, profits or success of the proposed Trade Area.


F. Applicant expressly recognizes that investment in the dog training business involves business risks making the success of the franchisee’s venture largely dependent upon the business abilities of the franchisee and its staff. Applicant expressly acknowledges that they have conducted an independent investigation of the contemplated dog training business.


G. Acceptance of this application is subject to the written approval of Sit Means Sit and all representations, warranties and agreements of Applicant contained in this application shall survive delivery by Sit Means Sit of any commitment letter and/or franchise agreement.
